About Us
Restored Family Book Club Inc. (RFBC) is a virtual supportive space for conservative young adults, and Christian parents and their children to bond and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, through good old fashion-reading! We are a group of volunteers on a quest to equip our children, nieces, and nephews on how to be in this world, yet not of it. We invite you to come along with us as we explore topics in Christian Apologetics, Cultural issues through a Biblical worldview, and Christian character development.
Our Story
The problem of teens walking away from the Christian Faith, and in some instances never experiencing true conversion is one that has been talked about in various settings. As we interacted with and observed our children, nieces, nephews, in our homes as well as in our churches, it became apparent that they were struggling to stay afloat spiritually. The reasons are varied; we cannot address them all.
We agreed that we will become more intentional in addressing the hard questions of what makes Christianity the "true" religion - Christian Apologetics; the hard questions that are current and applicable to them, as well as developing a strong Christian character. We also observed the trend for children to distrust their parents and turn to experts, peers, educators, and even the internet! What better way for parents to redeem their place as a contender in the sharing of accurate information than by reading and learning together?!
It was with this in mind that Restored Family Book Club Inc. was born.

Why we exist?
1. To give our children, teens, and young adults the tools necessary to defend the Christian Faith.
2. To strengthen the parent child bond, by encouraging parents and children/teens to learn and grow together.
3. To lead participants in making and/or strengthening their commitment to the Lord Jesus.
Our guiding scriptures
And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.
- Deuteronomy 6:6 - 7 NKJV
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear;
~1Peter 3:15 NKJV
