1. Equip tweens, teens, and young adults to live their lives through the lens of a Biblical worldview, and to be able to provide a defense to anyone who ask them about how they live.
2. Empower parents/guardians to have open and honest discussion with their children and teens on difficult topics through the lens of a Biblical worldview.
3. Encourage members to live out their Christian faith in all areas of their lives.
RFBC aims to provide a supportive space for conservative Christian values to be discussed. Tweens, teens, and their parents/guardians may experience an improvement in their relationship as they spend more quality time together. Parents/guardians may feel more confident in bringing up challenging topics with their children at any age/stage of development. Parents/guardians may feel more secure in admitting they do not know about a topic, while expressing their willingness to learn with their child, tween, or teen. As a byproduct, parents/guardians also have a great opportunity to help their child, tween, or teen build literacy skills such as comprehension, and critical thinking.
RFBC also caters to young adults. Members have the opportunity to grow with their peers in a welcoming environment.
Books will cover topics in Christian Apologetics, cultural issues through a biblical worldview, and Christian character development – all in an age-appropriate manner.
The books will be selected annually by the board members and team leaders. Members are invited to submit their picks for consideration for the following year.
